What Escape Mode Travel collects
When you use the Find My Escape quiz, Escape Mode Travel may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, trip interests, planning window, traveler count, estimated budget range, departure airport, referral name, and notes you choose to provide. Basic campaign-source information may also be recorded so Selena can understand how travelers found the site.
How the information is used
Your information is used to create your planning snapshot, respond to your travel request, prioritize timely follow-up, prepare for a planning conversation, improve the inquiry experience, and understand which marketing sources produce genuine travel inquiries. It is not sold.
Optional travel inspiration
If you separately choose to receive occasional travel inspiration and planning updates, Escape Mode Travel records the date of that choice. You can withdraw that permission at any time by replying to a message or contacting Selena. Declining marketing messages does not prevent Selena from responding to the trip request you submitted.
Referrals
The referral page is designed for sharing a link. Referred travelers submit their own information and may optionally name the person who referred them. Please do not submit another person’s contact information without their permission.
Measurement and advertising
Escape Mode Travel records basic website events such as quiz views, starts, completed inquiries, offer-page visits, and campaign source. If advertising measurement tools are enabled, a completed inquiry may also be reported as a conversion so campaign performance can be measured. These tools are configured separately and may use cookies or similar technologies according to the provider’s policies.
Escape AI conversations
The Escape AI concierge uses the messages you enter to provide general trip-planning inspiration. Basic interaction counts are recorded to understand whether the concierge helps travelers begin a planning request. If you continue to the Find My Escape quiz and submit it, a short copy of your recent concierge conversation may be included with your inquiry so Selena has the context you chose to share. Concierge ideas are not live quotes, confirmed availability, or verified travel requirements.
Service providers
Escape Mode Travel uses service providers that help operate the website, store inquiry records, deliver requested messages, and continue the travel-planning process. Completing the Find My Escape quiz does not automatically send you to another intake form. If you later choose to book, Selena may provide a secure supplier or travel-platform link, and that provider’s privacy terms will apply there.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for travel planning, follow-up, recordkeeping, and legitimate business purposes. You may ask Selena to update or delete your inquiry information, or to stop contacting you.
Keep sensitive information out of the quiz
Do not submit passport images or numbers, passwords, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive documents through the quiz or ordinary email. Selena will provide an appropriate secure method if that information becomes necessary for a booking.
